Purpose of Role
VINCI Facilities is working in partnership with Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), providing services to Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) across the south-east region.
We provide hard facilities management, grounds maintenance and capital works across 89 Establishments (circa 6000 buildings).

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and digital savvy multi-tasker, who is able to extract the CAFM data and create operational reports. You will be responsible for preparation of regular reports and data input, managing variety of reports.
Responsibilities
Assisting Digital Analysts to transform the raw work order data such as reactive and planned maintenance jobs for analysis / import into various reports and digital tools
- Assisting Performance Co-Ordinator and Digital Analyst with raw data cleanse
- Transforming cleansed data into reports using visualisation tools (BIRT, Microsoft Power BI, Power Pivot, Power View and Excel)
- Assisting with the planning and monitoring of Maximo and other digital tools development projects.
- Supporting the performance team with creation and uploading of the regular reports on the electronic management system
- Maintaining digital filing systems (SharePoint)
- Planning diaries where necessary for the Performance team including any training workshops
- Maintaining and manage diary schedules where required
- Supporting the performance team with administration such as taking meeting notes
- Undertaking performance analysis and auditing work order data
- Supporting and organising various aspects of new projects such as Maximo reporting upgrades
Essential Qualifications/Skills
Have an experience of working in Facilities Management environment
- Must be an experienced Maximo user or similar CAFM system
- You will be an experienced, competent, and accurate administrator who is motivated to provide quality service.
- Previous working in a reactive & fast paced position previously
- Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-BI and Powerpoint
