    We are looking for a skilled Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a passionate team in Coventry.

    About the Company:
    This is a small but innovative team eager to welcome an experienced RVN to help broaden their services to new clients.


    Job Description:
    This role involves providing top-notch nursing care, supporting veterinary surgeons, communicating with clients on inpatient care, and conducting nurse clinics. Reporting to the Clinical Director, your responsibilities will include:

    • Maintaining high standards of inpatient care and assisting with surgical procedures.
    • Guiding Student Veterinary Nurses in accordance with SOPs.
    • Professional client communication and fostering positive relationships within the team.
    • Adhering to RCVS Nursing Code of Conduct and fulfilling CPD requirements.
    • Ensuring practice cleanliness and meeting rota commitments.
    Your daily tasks will revolve around patient admissions, preventive healthcare, product knowledge, nurse clinics, waste disposal, stock control, and more. The position requires working weekdays and 1 in 3 Saturdays for four 10-hour shifts.

    Additional Responsibilities:
    In addition to the above, you will be handling tasks such as monitoring anaesthetics, urine collection, radiography, and more. Dispensing prescriptions, assisting in reception duties, equipment maintenance, and stock management are also on your plate.

    Requirements:
    To excel in this role, you need to be a dedicated RVN with strong communication, organizational skills, and a team player attitude. Professional appearance, commitment to high-quality care, and adherence to dress code are essential.
