- Leads EBG Quality Assurance efforts including the refinement, documentation, communication, and training of workflows and the development of auditing protocols
- Collaborates closely with other business segments and accounting / finance teams to investigate and resolve broader compliance issues share best practices wherever possible
- Participates and supports in new partnership integrations and system conversions
- Works with Management System contacts or IT to be aware of upcoming enhancements in systems to best prepare training and the distribution of updates to colleagues.
- Maintains updated knowledge of software and systems (Attending conferences or participates with users' groups, etc.)
- Stay on the vanguard of Quality Assurance by constantly reviewing vendor / software options for furthering QA reviews, workflow tracking or training.
- Work closely with Client Experience leadership to explore centralization of certain processes and the execution of those workstreams for increased efficiency and accuracy.
- Create repeatable training on workflows, and other support applications (CSR24, Nuance, etc.) for EBG collaborating with Learning & Development to deliver scalable solutions.
- Assist with system customization and downloadable documents to improve accuracy and efficiency (i.e. proposals, exposure updates, coverage summaries, custom forms, etc.)
- Maintains a strong understanding of workflows (how) and procedures (what & why) to develop our teams and carry our culture.
- Provides direction and guidance to CRMG leadership around identified strengths or deficiencies along with the actions taken to reward, affirm, address, or correct them.
- Conducts adhoc investigations and participates in adhoc projects for leadership.
- Develops and maintains reports either directly or collaborating with our reporting team providing insight to CRMG leadership.
- Possesses at least ten years' experience in property and casualty coverages.
- Has a high level of technical insurance knowledge, is organized, and possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, learning skills and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Strong ability to connect and engage with new and partnered colleagues.
- Manage and drive multiple work-streams simultaneously to successful completion.
- Highly motivated and detail oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to interpret data and processes to identify potential issues, deficiencies, and vulnerabilities.
- Strong ability to propose creative solutions to successfully remediate identified issues.
