In-house Lead Videographer

Hybrid working

Up to £40,000 plus 25 days holiday, pension, medical, free parking, flexitime

Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm (flexibility required)

Our client are looking to bring their Videography in-house, and are recruiting for a Lead Videographer to join their Marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your role will be to create original and engaging visual content for the company.

As it'sa newly created role for them, you'll be able to make the role your own, and quickly add value to the team.

Creating a variety of different videos each week
You'll be capturing the footage, editing and testing the videos
AB testing
Utilising various technology/tools to ensure a professional finish
Working closely with the wider marketing department
Managing your diary to ensure all project deadlines are met on time

What experience will you need?:

Previous videography and filming expertise
Able to create original and engaging content edit it depending on where it will be used e.g. social media, online events, website etc
Able to manage the process from end to end design, shoot, edit
Experience in working to deadlines excellent time management skills
Strong communicator, able to put colleagues and stakeholders at ease during the filming process
Able to travel when required
Happy to work independently and collaboratively depending on the project
Strong software skills such as Adobe, Premierepro
