Are you an experienced Mobile Phone Repair technician looking to develop your career within a Global Brand. This fabulous opportunity will provide you with a career, progression & additional enhanced Apple Training.


The ideal applicant will have had previous experience in mobile phone & technical repair & be able to inspect, refurbish, test products within a positive team environment which is committed to customer satisfaction.

We as a business will ensure you are thenfully Apple Certified & Trained enhancing future career opportunities


This is a permanent M-F Role based in Stoke 9.30-6pm with a salary range of 24-26k

Job Purpose

  • Replace individual parts eg replacing screens, replacing adhesive,
  • Functional testing, fault diagnostics, cleaning, software calibration

Responsibilities

  • Conduct root cause failure analysis
  • Perform component level& board repairs
  • Test, repair & programme devices
  • Participate in continous improvement training & team building
  • Enter data on to internal systems
  • Perform & work to company managent & procedures
