    Job Description
    To operate effectively in a delivery focused and often fast-paced environment, working within the planning
    department to create an effective schedule for execution by the teams on all jobs, using information gained from the
    client and the department managers.
    Craft an efficient schedule for the execution by the teams on all jobs

    • Access employee hours spent on projects and create reports on efficiency
    • Work with staff from different departments to collaborate and main coordination
    • Assisting in implementing maintenance planning and scheduling processes and developing process
    improvements

    • Keep accurate metrics on the performance of planning and scheduling functions and provide timely
    • Provide input to management and suggest improvements for efficiency
    • Develop a daily schedule to secure adequate resources to complete all jobs
    • Ensure all works orders and maintenance log items are closed when work is finished

    • Some flexibility of working hours may be required.
    • Self-Motivated, enthusiastic and calm under pressure.
    Qualifications

    • The ability to self-motivate and work within a team
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to proven ability to
    interact with a variety of partners

    • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
    • Demonstrated customer focus with an ability to resolve complex issues with an eye for detail
    • Ability to understand the importance of priority of work tasks and the willingness to perform all
    assigned tasks within their ability

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to create sketches
    • Attention to detail
    • Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
    • The ability to work under pressure to deadlines I.T literate particularly Microsoft Office and
    Excel.
