    Ash Hill Academy are looking to appoint an Inclusion Coordinator and DDSL to join our academy as soon as possible on a full time, permanent basis.

    Your new role

    As the Inclusion Coordinator and Deputy DSL, you will promote a learning environment which supports high expectations. You will lead the Inclusion team ensuring that student learning and achievement needs are met, whilst contributing to and ensuring the effectiveness of the Inclusion team. You will model the vision and values of the academy and the Trust and receive and act on feedback to build on the strengths and improve personal performance within the academy systems. You will communicate clear purpose and vision to the Inclusion team, leading on all aspects of inclusion, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Gifted and Talented. You will always promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people. You will also support the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in the academy in your role as Deputy DSL.

    Hours:37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 10 Days (40 Weeks) / Permanent
