What you'll be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Key point of contact for your accounts
  • Proactively engaging with clients to improve customer satisfaction
  • Updating spreadsheets and databases
  • Responsible for providing new quotes
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with your key accounts
  • Gaining feedback to assistwith product development
  • Producing export documentation

What you need:

  • Experienced in being an excellent communicator
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Strong initiative
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Confident using Excel
  • Understand KPI's and how they are met
