Are you a keen Administrator? Are you looking for a new role?
Element Recruitment are currently working with a consultancy based in North Bristol who are looking for a Team Administrator to join their team.
They are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a fast paced role to become an integral part of the team.
Salary £22,000 - £25,000.
Hybrid working, with a mix of home and office work.
You will be:
- Providing administration support to the team: setting up meetings, diary management, expenses, timesheets, and travel booking.
- Prepare client reports, specifications, and letters
- Supporting with document control
- Support PAs
- Support the rest of the admin team with organising catering, post, printing and binding documents and any other admin, when needed
- Provide reception cover in times of sickness or annual leave
They are looking for:
- Good IT skills, proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to prioritise, organise and delegate where necessary
- Good team spirit, desire to take part and get involved
- Ability to remain confidential and show integrity
- Confident communicator in both written & verbal practices
- Ability to manage expectations
- Proven experience as an Administrator
