Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all customers and employees.
- Ensure that all public areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Ensure that all staff are performing their duties in accordance with company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Monitor customer satisfaction to improve customer relations.
- Arrange for the repair of any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
