Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting an exciting, growing business, looking to appoint a Head of FP&A into their growing finance function.

The role will play a key role in supporting forecast, budgeting and cashflow process.

The newly created, Billingham based Head of FP&A reports into the FD and will liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver high quality and actionable insight and analysis, focusing on financial, strategic and commercial drivers of business performance.

Responsibilities

Support the FD by developing, implementing and maintaining an effective planning and analysis capability.
Develop understanding the drivers of cash flow and profitability and the changes in key metrics both current and future
Develop and deliver an effective financial forecasting process
Support and contribute to the production of the business plan and financial strategy
Create financial models and analyse trends to drive the businesses decision making
Provide business partnering, commercial and financial support
