- You are a qualified lawyer with training from a top tier practice.
- You have strong commercial contract experience.
- You have strong private practice and in-house experience.
- Industry knowledge and prior experience in financial services is advantageous.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate effectively as part of the wider team.
- Self-motivated team player, with a desire to develop strong relationships and excellent time management skills.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work for the UK, visa sponsorship is not available via Adaptive.

Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are looking to hear from interim lawyers with experience in commercial contracts, to support one of the firms leading asset management clients, for an engagement lasting up to six months.
This role would suit an experienced lawyer with a background in financial services, who has substantial experience advising on a wide range of commercial contracts to include, market data agreements, software and IT agreements and facilities management contracts.
This opportunity offers flexibility to work remotely.
