Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of marketing collateral, from product sheets to social media infographics to sales presentations.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will provide creative input on visual storytelling while ensuring all assets maintain brand consistency.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in graphic design and video production, with a keen eye for visuals that capture audience attention.
Proficiency in graphic design is essential and video production/editing , and animation software is desirable, along with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying timelines.

Brand Consistency
As our Digital Designer you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality visual assets on tight timelines to support our fast-moving marketing and sales initiatives.
Managing multiple design and video projects simultaneously while meeting all agreed-upon deadlines
Providing fast turnaround times on high-priority requests from sales and executive teams
Proactively communicating project status updates and promptly flagging any potential delays or roadblocks
Efficiently managing design and video asset libraries to enable easy access and reuse across teams
Staying up to date on latest graphic design, video, and web trends to continuously improve the quality and impact of our visual assets
Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to deeply understand asset requirements and strategic objectives
Welcoming feedback and rapidly iterating on designs and videos to exceed internal stakeholder expectations
Demonstrating proficiency and speed in utilizing graphic design, video production, and animation software to meet aggressive asset delivery timelines
As a rapidly growing scale-up, we move fast and often have tight turnaround times on marketing and sales assets.
You will need to be able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate proactively to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
The ability to work quickly without sacrificing attention to detail will be essential for success in this role.Preferred Qualifications
