- Assist with the design, development, and transformation of major programmes, including programme strategy and set-up, portfolio delivery, capability and digital transformation, and assurance reviews.
- Contribute to client projects, including the development of engagement plans, production of deliverables, change management activities, and workshop/meeting facilitation across a wide range of propositions.
- Support progress reporting, risk management, and financial controls concerning the programme or workstream.
- Support the growth of client relationships, identifying new opportunities within both existing and new clients, and supporting proposals to win work.
- Support the development of our propositions, solutions, and methods, and industry points of view.
- Hold UK security clearance to Developed Vetting (DV) level.
- Industry knowledge, trends, and insights in large-scale programmes, bringing lessons learned and insights to clients.
- Proven experience working in one or more areas within Defence, Security, and Justice.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering on projects associated with programmes through either working for an organization operating in one of the above sectors or for a management consulting or professional services firm.
- Commercial awareness around infrastructure ownership and project delivery, and engagement management.
- Ability to present to clients/stakeholders at all levels in an organization.
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
- Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced project environments.
- Self-starting with a high degree of personal motivation and drive.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form lasting relationships with both team members and clients.
