We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile banking clients based in London.

They are currently looking for a Delivery Manager who will be working within Business and Commercial Banking supporting changes to lending projects, on a 6-month contractbased from home, with once per week requirement in the office.

Roles at this level are typically junior managers or professionals who are concerned with delivering results within established overall frameworks.
Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business.
Edits documents to fit the organisation's style guidelines and prepares information for publication using established procedures and standards.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area of financial control by working within established systems.
Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.
Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.
Develops and tests administrative procedures to fulfil organisational needs.
Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities and develops the capabilities of direct reports by working within existing development framework; provides specialised training or coaching in area of expertise to othersthroughout the organisation.
