Description

Responsibilties will include:


  • Allocating payments to invoices
  • Reconciling statements
  • Approving inbound and outbound invoices
  • Handling a busy finance ticket helpdesk for our customers and suppliers
  • Chasing overdue debts and getting payment dates
  • Supporting our financial controller in all manners of finance (training provided)

Core responsibilities

  • Ensuring quality and accuracy of our automated invoicing system
  • Approving purchase ledger and supplier invoices and checking accuracy
  • Checking drivers and field staff have inputted the right information
  • Consolidating data and invoices to bespoke customer requests
  • Handling errors and exceptions which may be generated by the system

Requirements:


  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Experience overseeing and processing large amounts of data with accuracy
  • Demonstrable ICT skills including Excel and a natural ability to work around computer systems (we don't use paper, pens or traditional calculators)
  • Drive and ability to grow a career we are a fast growth company with lots of opportunities
  • Ability to input ideas and suggestions for our inhouse development team to create more efficient workflows and automations
  • This is a permanent, office based role
