Post 16 NEET/ETE Adviser

PO2: 39615 per annum rising in annual increments to 42510

Fixed Term/Secondment (3 years)

Hybrid Working


Lambeth Virtual School are looking to appoint a NEET/ETE adviser to provide support in education, employment, and training for our post 16 Children Looked After.

The post holder will need good communicational skills and experience in engaging with young people. Experience working for a Virtual School or youth work in supporting employment, education, and training will be preferable.


The role of NEET/ETE adviser is central to the support for our post 16 Children Looked After in securing education, employment, and training for them.

The post holder will be responsible in tracking and monitoring those young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, and Training) and those who are pursuing opportunities alternative to college and 6th form such as employment, traineeships, or apprenticeships.

The post holder will complete termly plans for those young people and ensure appropriate support is in place.


The post holder will work as part of a work as part of an established and friendly team and will receive role specific training and support.
