- Employment tribunal claims (almost exclusively acting for Respondents)
- Helping employers manage issues in the workplace such as disciplinaries, grievances, restructuring and redundancies
- Providing employment law support in corporate deals and outsourcing contracts, contract drafting and client training
- Enforcement of post termination restrictive covenants
- Drafting of contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, staff handbooks, settlement agreements and other employment related documentation
- A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with at least 1 year PQE within an employer focused employment law team
- A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development, and an appetite for keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in your practice area and sector focus
- The ability to understand your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
- Ambitious and enthusiastic team player, able to support senior fee earners and contribute to our collaborative culture.
