- Lead and manage a team effectively.
- Provide skilled clinical and technical assistance within the Operating Theatre Team.
- Assist in managing labor and associated costs (KPI).
- Enhance communication between Consultants and the Theatre team.
- Ensure Clinical Governance and cost management.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and reviews.
- Promote best practices and contribute to quality enhancements.
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
- Minimum of 2 years in a senior position.
- Demonstrable leadership skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Certification in Immediate Life Support and mentorship qualification.
