    Senior Theatre Practitioner - Team Leader

    Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital | Nursing | Permanent Contract | Full Time

    Salary: Up to £44,000 per year (depending on experience)

    Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

    We are currently seeking two individuals to join our Theatre Team as Senior Theatre Practitioner - Team Leaders. This is an opportunity for you to grow personally and professionally as part of a supportive and welcoming team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative phase.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team effectively.
    • Provide skilled clinical and technical assistance within the Operating Theatre Team.
    • Assist in managing labor and associated costs (KPI).
    • Enhance communication between Consultants and the Theatre team.
    • Ensure Clinical Governance and cost management.
    • Conduct staff performance evaluations and reviews.
    • Promote best practices and contribute to quality enhancements.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a senior position.
    • Demonstrable leadership skills and experience.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Certification in Immediate Life Support and mentorship qualification.
