We've been engaged by a market leading manufacturing organisation - they need our assistance to source an experienced project manager to oversee a haulage planning integration development project.


  • The solution is being created by a haulage suppliers tech supplier (two parties) which will look to link the haulage suppliers systems a JDE system through a new build integrated haulage planning solution to provide a more dynamic and automated solution.

Our customer will be using 2 of its tech partners to help complete the cusotmers elements, so there are 5 parties involved in this development.


  • The project will be delivered through an agile process and will take up to 4 months to deliver.
  • As PM you will need to make sure testing is thorough and captures issues such as failure of the integration and how business continuity is assured.
  • Discovery is complete and a design doc has been completed and signed off.
Deliverables

  • Work with all parties, create a plan to ensure the successful completion of the project through its full life cycle to delivery.
  • Provide the necessary governance of the project inline with company requirements in including reporting and the planning and recording of meetings as required.
  • Maintenance of RAID log
  • Management of £200k capex costs
