- Manage inbound enquiries and efficiently respond to warm leads.
- Understand investor objectives and respond appropriately.
- Have a core sales focus, match up property investment opportunities to the right investor and get them committed to the purchase.
- Carry out research and prepare materials for investors to ensure opportunities are maximised, showcasing relevant knowledge.
- Update the CRM system with effective notes and accurate data.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
- Completing associated administration tasks.
- Conducting viewings on developments/show apartments.
- Updating investors with new buy-to-let opportunities that are available.
- Qualify clients, build strong relationships, and educate them on investing in property.
- Analyse real estate market trends and conditions to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Investment sales experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals required (not necessarily property)
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to listen and follow instructions to develop product, industry, and sales knowledge.
- Able to easily grasp various software, systems and follow processes.
- Strong sales background in a consultative sales environment.
- Demonstration of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled in building client-consultant rapport.
- A proactive mentality, with a positive mindset and upbeat attitude.
- Knowledge about the property industry (essential).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly analyse information/financial figures (desirable).
