Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Multi Trade Operative for a permanent role.


Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team.

The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.


The Role:


  • Kitchen/Bathroom Installs & Ripouts


  • Carpentry

  • Hanging Doors, Skirting, Stud Walls, Flooring, Archtriave
  • Plumbing tap, toliet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
  • Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
  • Minor Brickwork
  • Sealing/Silcone
  • Snagging Works
  • Patch Plastering
  • Logging works via PDA
  • Liaising with customers, clients, and staff
