About the Role:
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for making a difference? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Engagement Associates.
You'll be instrumental in expanding our customer base by showcasing the benefits of our revolutionary platform to care organizations and individuals.

- Proactively reach out to prospective customers to build relationships and generate leads.
- Qualify and close inbound leads from marketing efforts.
- Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities within the care sector.
- Conduct engaging meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate the MyWorkMode platform and provide training to new clients.
- Drive revenue growth by closing new deals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and leverage insights for continuous improvement.
- Represent MyWorkMode at industry events and conferences.
- Provide prompt and attentive responses to customer inquiries.
- Cultivate strong crossfunctional relationships within the company.
About you:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in acquiring new business customers.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding clients.
- Understanding of the care industry, either through professional experience or personal involvement.
- Skill in tailoring solutions to address the unique challenges faced by care organizations.
- Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
