    Description
    One of our Hospitality clients require a Sous Chef to join their highly successful Kitchen Team.

    There will be lots of opportunities to lead and develop the team in one of two fantastic food venues.

    Collaborate with the Head Chef to direct food preparation.

    • Help design the food and drinks menu.
    • Produce high-quality plates, considering both design and taste.
    • Oversee and supervises the kitchen staff.
    • Assist with menu planning, inventory and supply management.

    We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar level role or if you are looking to step up to your next role in the kitchen.


    • You should have also passed your Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in leading a team to continually deliver high standards in a fast paced and busy kitchen environment.
    • As with any Chef role at this level, you will also be responsible for managing margins and controlling costs and all things health, safety and hygiene related.
    Working five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week and will be part of a bonus scheme #J-18808-Ljbffr
