Fixed term contract: 18 months
Purpose of the Job
As a Production Planner you will create, control, and update the Master Production Schedule, develop detailed production plans and material delivery schedules, create orders with all required base data in ERP, monitor production progress versus plan and provide data for overall short, mid and long term site capacity planning.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that MPS, detailed production plans and material planning are accurate, complete and available on time.
- Ensure that all order data in the ERP is accurate and upto date, production progress is closely monitored and issues are escalated and working hours and capacity data are correctly calculated as a basis for planning and improvement actions.
- You will have concern for clarity and accuracy, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Your profile:
years' experience, preferably in a relevant role.
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes, relevant planning and calculation tools, IT-Systems (e.g. SAP, Planning tools), BOS, SMB and respective KPIs.
- Technical education, manufacturing engineering.
- Understanding of calculation of capacities and manufacturing hours, of production flow and constraints.
