Location:
St George's Park Hospital, Morpeth

Contract:
Full time, permanent

Hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am t0 4:30pm

Your new role:

About the role
As a Maintenance Assistant, your key responsibilities will include;

Servicing and repair of doors windows and general building fabric
Servicing and repair of plumbing systems
Small plaster repairs and painting
Servicing and repair of internal fixtures and fittings
Relevant record keeping in relation to maintenance tasks

About you
We're looking for someone with previous experience of propery maintenance with a knowledge of good health and safety practices. You will have general maintenance skills (decorating, tiling and plastering), plumbing, and joinery skills. A full driving license is required due to the on-call nature of the role.
