This position works out of our Maidenhead location in the diagnostics division.

We have an opportunity for a Managed Service Contract Administration Specialist to join the team.

As the Managed Service Contract Administration Specialist you will manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, liaising closely with the NHS and 3rd party companies.


What You'll Do

  • Administration Responsibility for UK ADD Contracts;
  • Maintain appropriate Business Relationships with strategic partners ;
  • Responsibility for a regional Contracts Department commercial relationships;
  • Contract support to designated Region Specialists;
  • Quality and Policy Control;
  • Achieve objectives deadlines

Required Qualifications and experience

  • Knowledge of tendering and minicompetitions
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent in a law, business or life science area
  • CIPS Level 4 or demonstrable equivalent workrelated experience
  • Broad understanding of the diagnostic industry and NHS preferable.
  • Strong commercial acumen and pragmatism.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships
  • Proficient at analysing data, and working with large data sets
  • Advanced excel skills
  • High level of attention to detail.
