Here at
Amegreen Childrens Services Ltd, we have a new and exciting opportunity for a
Alternative Provision Business and Group Lead to join the team where you will
form strong relationships with the community, school settings and local authorities, you will be experiened in promoting, networking and marketing in order to develop and grow a group of alternative provision settings
.


Join us on a
full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of up to £35,000-£45,000 (dependant on experience) per annum plus benefits.

Skills and experience required as our Alternative Provision Business and Group Lead:

  • Directly support the Directors of the Alternative Provision with bringing in referrals, marketing and building relationships with stakeholders
  • Social media marketing to gain support from other organisations
  • Work alongside Human Resources, Recruitment and Marketing and Finance to ensure both stability, growth and development of the Alternative Provisions
  • Work directly to tender contracts with Local Authorities, Schools and parent/carers
  • Directly support the settings, equine and animal provision with innovative and unique learning programmes, designing 'bespoke' programmes based on our client's requirements and their student's needs.
  • Oversee the organisation new learning programmes involving planning and meeting with stakeholders (learners, parent/carers, tutors, Local authorities and schools & other professionals).
  • Support site leads in the delivery of learning programmes, site management and development.
  • Manage the quality of our learning programmes including reviews of learner progression, engagement and attendance.
  • Encourage the ongoing professional development of staff and support the delivery of training and continued professional development.
  • Audit and lead the wider AP teams to ensure smooth delivery and reporting, within operating standards & deadlines.
