£25,000 - £27,000

Permanent, Full time

Borehamwood


Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday

Our innovative and forward-thinking client based in Borehamwood is seeking a Service desk administrator to support their team in offering great customer service and meticulous administration.

They are taking their industry by storm and are committed to their customers satisfaction and offering their services to a high standard.

Skills required

  • Previous experience in a customer service or service desk position is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a team leader/office management position is desirable.
  • Confident across all Microsoft packages.
  • Confident, positive and passionate.
  • Great attention to detail with administration duties

Responsibilities:


  • Keeping reports up to date.
  • Collating and sending afternoon, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Completing and sending KPI reports weekly.
  • Supporting the team with their work routines.
  • Communicating with regional coordinators to ensure SLA's are met.
  • Assist the regional coordinator with duties when needed.
  • Maintain live open call reports for individual customers.
