We are looking for a professional, confident Part Time HR Advisor to work for a large manufacturing company near Stourport.

This position is to report to the HR Manager and overseeing all the day to day HR functions for a large number of industrial and office staff


Duties to include:

  • Writing job descriptions, placing advertisements, updating Company website and jobs boards, arranging interviews. Producing job offers and issuing contracts
  • Conducting right to work checks
  • Inductions, including development of new corporate induction and running inductions each week
  • Disciplinary / Grievance Minutes
  • Exit Interviews and related management reports
  • Updating and supporting managers with training matrices
  • Supporting requests from payroll
  • Weekly preparation of time and attendance information for payroll
  • Setting up and conducting interim reviews and end of probation reviews
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets
  • General Admin and maintenance of HR spreadsheets
  • Promote the proactive reporting of workplace hazards/near misses and dangerous occurrences
  • Responsibilities as listed in the integrated QUENSH system
  • Experience at HR Advisor level 1 year +
  • CIPD qualified
  • Have attention to detail with a cando attitude
  • Confidential with excellent communication skills
Hours of work: 25 hours per week - between Monday to Friday

Salary £30,000 pro rata
