Primary responsibilities include:
This role is to support the Auction Division in all aspects, but not limited to:
- Reporting to the Head of Auctions to achieve auction sales, conveyancing and financial services targets and maintain the businesses position as the area's leading agent within the marketplace.
- Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries and providing high levels of customer service at all times.
- Prequalifying applicants and arranging viewings
- Supporting the Auction team with administrative duties including the carrying out any checks to comply with legislation.
- Negotiating offers on Lots.
- Processing buyers and sellers' information regarding financial position.
- Booking and arranging viewings and valuations.
- Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys upon completion and ensure all parties always experience the best service, always.
- Carrying out viewings if required.
- Managing preauction bidder registrations
Key requirements
- Previous experience in an estate agency or auctioneer role essential
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice.
- Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- Be IT literate with experience of using a webbased case management system.
- Proactive and business minded.
- Able to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Full driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Strong organisational skills able to prioritise own time and workload.
- Ability to work well on their own and as a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
