Finance Assistant required for an immediate start, permanent role in Paisley. Our client is a market-leading leisure installations firm and they require a diligent finance professional to assist their team.

Responsibilities within your new role
The key role of Finance Assistant has numerous responsibilities, including:

  • purchase ledger/accounts payable,
- processing supplier invoices,
- supplier statement reconciliations,
- credit card reconciliations,
- and any ad hoc duties necessary


Your personality, experience and qualifications


You will have strong experience in accounts payable and purchase ledger and will have worked within a similar fast-paced and high-standard environment.

Previous experience of using SAP would be preferred, however is not essential as training can be given. You must be IT proficient, especially in Excel and other Microsoft software packages. You will have a strong customer focus and the ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner.
