    Job Title - Childcare Practitioner - Children's Home
    Location
    • Handsworth (Birmingham) Salary £26 £28k dependent on experience Are you a Team Leader ready to take the next step into Management? On behalf of a leading Children's Residential Provider, we are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential home situated in Handsworth Birmingham providing a warm, safe and friendly home for Children with Complex needs, EBD and Autism.
    As an employer they will consider both an experienced Deputy Manager or a Team Leader ready to take on their first management role.


    The right candidate will have:

    • Experience as a senior or deputy in a children's residential home
    • Proven leadership and team management skills
    • Relevant NVQ qualification level 3 minimum
    • Experience of an OFSTED inspection resulting in Good or above
    • Knowledge of the children Act 1989 and Quality Care Standards
    • Knowledge of previous and new updated OFSTED Regulations
    • Full, clean driving License
    • An enhanced DBS on the update service You will possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be highly organised and able to remain calm under pressure with a real passion to make a difference to the lives of the children and young people in your care #J-18808-Ljbffr
