Commercial Property Senior Associate


I am currently working with an excellent Leading Legal 500 Law firm who are now looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with over 7 years' PQE.

This is a well-established law firm who represent a mixture of clients from SME's to market leading worldwide companies.

You'll manage diverse commercial property tasks for various clients, spanning landlord-tenant issues, property acquisitions, sales, and development agreements.

Your daily responsibilities will include, but won't be confined to, facilitating commercial property transactions like sales, purchases, lease refinancing, and lease assignments, whether representing the landlord or tenant.

Additionally, you'll be tasked with expanding the department.

You will also have experience and knowledge working on acquisitions and disposals.
