About Our Client:

Our client is a well-known Utilities business that values customer centricity. They seek new ways to increase customer growth and support every individuals needs.

The Customer Service Advisor will be working in a brand new state-of-the-art office, based in Salford, and joining a interactive team.


As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Be first point of contact for customers in relation to any queries they have with their account
  • Endeavour to resolve any issues the customer may have
  • Communicate feedback to senior personnel on the customer experience and issues
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required

The Successful Applicant:


To be successful in this role:

  • Excellent communication skills that promote great customer conversations
  • Experience within customer service, ideally within telephony roles
  • To understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectively; using your organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Able to work in a team setting as well as independently
  • Strong IT skills
