We are seeking a Project Support Officer with experience using EPR (Electronic Patient Record) and would be comfortable supporting staff in a clinical setting.


The OUH Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme is enabling the trust to meet its strategic objectives and achieve its digital vision.

The EPR Programme provides benefit justification support, design, delivery, and adoption support through to realisation of benefits for patients, staff and the Trust

This post will provide Solution Expertise and Project Management Support for core EPR Solutions through design validation, test, delivery and adoption within the OUH EPR Programme


The post holder will provide expert solution advice on aspects of Core EPR and related Solutions on which they have been trained, mentored, assessed and certified as competent.


Staff competent in this post could take their next career steps in staff line management, project management, or solution leadership with the appropriate development support and experience.

The Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest NHS teaching trusts in the country.

Offering at-the-elbow support to clinical staff using new EPR functionality or adapting to different processes.

Supporting project managers with implementing EPR changes.

Supporting solution experts with developing EPR functionality including testing.

Role will allow for partial home working when not supporting on-site clinical staff
