- Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to talent, helping them navigate career decisions, opportunities, and challenges.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities for talent.
- Negotiate and execute brand deals, sponsorships, and collaborations on behalf of talent, ensuring alignment with their brand values and objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through effective monetization strategies, partnerships, and innovative revenue streams.
- Collaborate with talent to develop innovative and engaging content strategies tailored to their unique audience and platform preferences.
- Monitor content performance and audience analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media roles.
