They are now seeking a Field/Inside Sales Manager to motivate and drive the sales team to achieve and exceed targets and Key Performance Indicators.

The roleAs a Field Sales Manager, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive outbound lead generation, book appointments and manage opportunities through to close.
You will mentor team members and work with other senior managers to create a cohesive relationshipDay-to-day responsibilitiesCoaching, training, and motivating a Sales team to generate sales opportunitiesDrive operational excellence through constant process innovation and creative incentivesProvide weekly/monthly KPI reports to Senior ManagementBuild efficient processes to identify and research lists of companies to targetUsing the internal systems to track and report on performance.
