I am currently working with a manufacturing company within the construction industry, specialising in external rendering, Facades, insulation & interior Paints.


Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Head of Finance to their in-house finance team in Maidstone.


This is a strategic role, which covers financial, and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting, working capital management and transactional processing, along with providing commercial information on job costing, margin, revenue analysis, projectproductivity and profitability.

Duties will include:


  • Team management
  • Business forecasting and financial planning
  • Driving financial & operational performance
  • Cash flow and cost analysis
  • Preparing and delivering monthly reports and financial forecasts
  • Day to day management of a team of 14 employees
  • Management of long term business plans and drive improvements where necessary
  • Monthly budgeting and cost allocation
  • Accurate and timely completion of month end processes
  • Ongoing development of financial systems and processes
  • Supporting commercial, investment and strategic decisions
