- Lead and mentor a team of embedded software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of embedded systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and product managers, to define project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain embedded software code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Oversee the testing and debugging of software to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable products.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in embedded software development.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 8+ years' experience in embedded software development with a focus on real-time systems.
- Strong programming skills in C++, C#, C and experience with embedded software development tools and environments. (Matlab etc)
- Leadership experience, including the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
