Primary School Classroom Assistant - Stanmore
We are seeking a Primary School Classroom Assistant role to work within a school in the Stanmore area.

In this role as a Primary School Classroom Assistant you will be be required to support pupils and help them with their studies in preparation for their end of year exams.

This is a fulltime role from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4pm.

You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Primary School Classroom Assistant but you will ideally have previous experience working with children in some capacity.

The Role:

As a Primary School Classroom Assistant you will need to work in a school setting supporting pupils with their learning
You will need to be able to work inside and outside the classroom with pupils in 1:1 or small group settings
Work with the class teacher to help creat fun and engaging lessons for students
Need to adapt your approach to learning based on the pupils' needs as a Primary School Classroom Assistant
Contribute towards a safe and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and active listening skills to motivate pupils to learn is essential as a Primary School Classroom Assistant
You will need to have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
As a Primary School Classroom Assistant you'll need to be flexible and open to change when working on different activities
Have a bubbly personality to connect with children on a personal level
Either live in Stanmore or within a commutable distance

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
