Job description:
Full-time Business Support to be part of a small but busy Corporate Support Team supporting all DD Staff.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a friendly disposition, possessing good communication skills with a customer focussed mindset.
You will need to be confident and able to work under pressure whilst always remaining polite and courteous and will need to have the ability to use a degree of initiative, and the ability to retain information to prioritise daily duties.
Please note, this is a customer facing position and you will be expected to attend the Corsham office at least 3 days a week.
It is also important that you are a flexible person, able to adopt a very flexible approach to the varied tasks assigned to you able to adapt your working pattern or to help the wider Ops CSG and CBS Teams in busy periods.

Responsibilities
- Processing of ePC and other low value purchasing systems for Defence Digital including all stationery, printer peripherals, staff training costs and professional subscriptions
- Management of all classified media (USBs and CDs etc.) for Corsham based DD staff
- Processing of Eye Care Voucher and Thank you Awards, ensuring a timely service to customers.
- Experience of working collaboratively in a multiteam environment to achieve results.
- Able to work in a developing service environment, building effective working relationships.
- Experience in working as part of a wider team and a customer focused environment.
