Junior Sales Executive - Ringwood - Salary £22,000

A Junior Sales Executive is required for our client based in Ringwood, a leading but small business specialising in branded promotional gift supply.

You will be responsible for assisting with the strategic growth of the business via existing accounts andprospecting for new accounts.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in growing the business via existing accounts and seeking out new accounts
Deal with everyday client queries and ensure these are responded to
Maintain and manage the accounts which are repeat business and guide them on the product ranges and bespoke designs
Use the CRM systems on a daily basis and ensure it is kept uptodate
Meeting the product and sales targets and make sure these are reported and completed in an Excel spreadsheet
Create quotes and send them out to the relevant accounts
Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings
Support the team by helping out with marketing activities

Key skills:

Must have 6 months experience within sales
A background in promotional merchandise, a fastpaced B2B role, media, marketing, or similar experience is desirable
Knowledge of CRM or basic software design packages would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
Works well within a team but also selfmotivated to work alone
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Excel
