We are a growing firm, currently with 35 Partners, specialising in the areas of private client, commercial property, renewable energy, farming and agricultural, telecoms and licensing, corporate, commercial dispute resolution, employment and family business.

We have offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverness, Dunblane and Dunfermline.


The Facilities Co-ordinator will organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

The Facilities Co-ordinator is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.

The successful Facilities Co-ordinator is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.

Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.

Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.


Experience:


  • Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
  • Previous line management experience would be desirable
  • Knowledge of office management & facilities responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of accounting, data, and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures would be desirable but not essential
  • Knowledge of business and management principles
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety and performing risk assessments. Health & Safety qualifications would be advantageous
