    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Deputy Headteacher who is passionate about driving up standards in quality of education. This is an outcome focused role and you must have a proven track record of improving attainment and standards across KS3 and 4. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively analyse data and also offer creative and innovative solutions.

    As Deputy Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in our school's continued success. Your main responsibilities will include analysing data, coordinating support, and deploying interventions to ensure our students achieve the best possible grades. With a focus on attainment and standards, you will drive improvements in teaching and learning across the school. You will be confident in using quality assurance and planning high quality responsive CPD. Your impact will be felt from TeachFirst/ECTs to the Senior Leadership Team.

    The ideal candidate will be an exemplary teacher with a track record of sustaining high-quality teaching and learning. You must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence. Experience in a similar role and a willingness to embrace new challenges are essential.

    We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

    • Harnesses the power of education to change lives through all key performance measures
    • Is research led and regularly engages in recent, up to date education research to enhance Quality of Education provision
    • Understands the importance of high quality CPD
    • Has experience of coaching staff at all levels to improve outcomes
    • Can successfully establish a vision for Quality of Education whilst encouraging, motivating and inspiring staff
    • Has the highest of expectations for all students and staff members
    • Encourages, motivates and inspires young people
    • Is able to work well collaboratively in terms of strategy, planning, preparation and development
    • Is committed to our vision
    • Plays a pivotal role in moving the school from good to great.
