Customer Service
Specialists with proven experience in a phone-based customer service environment to join our
Uxbridge office.

This is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation (following an initial training period of approximately three months), of three days a week office attendance.


You will be working within an established team as a key part of Pepper's operations, receiving ample support to ensure that you are successful in your role.

Day-to-day, this will involve end-to-end servicing and administration of mortgages throughout the complete cycle from completion to redemption.


As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities
  • Daily interactions with customers and third parties via telephone and in writing
  • Managing your own workload efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
  • Liaising effectively with clients, representing Pepper appropriately
  • Endtoend servicing of mortgages/loans from completion through to redemption stage
  • Identification of potential efficiencies and delivering ideas to improve Pepper operations and the customer experience

Essential Skills:


  • Consistent delivery of outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience within a phonebased customer service environment
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Be able to analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in the appropriate timescales
  • Take ownership of the responsibilities allocated to you
  • Demonstrate the ability to form productive relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrate strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate selfreliance and motivation

Desired Skills:


  • Experience within the finance industry
  • Loan administration experience
