Customer Service
Specialists with proven experience in a phone-based customer service environment to join our
Uxbridge office.

This is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation (following an initial training period of approximately three months), of three days a week office attendance.
You will be working within an established team as a key part of Pepper's operations, receiving ample support to ensure that you are successful in your role.
As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities
- Daily interactions with customers and third parties via telephone and in writing
- Managing your own workload efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
- Liaising effectively with clients, representing Pepper appropriately
- Endtoend servicing of mortgages/loans from completion through to redemption stage
- Identification of potential efficiencies and delivering ideas to improve Pepper operations and the customer experience

Essential Skills:
- Consistent delivery of outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a phonebased customer service environment
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Be able to analyse problems, think creatively, and make effective decisions in the appropriate timescales
- Take ownership of the responsibilities allocated to you
- Demonstrate the ability to form productive relationships at all levels
- Demonstrate strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate selfreliance and motivation
Desired Skills:
- Experience within the finance industry
- Loan administration experience
