    Pepper Advantage is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK and we are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Primary Servicing Specialists to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation in Uxbridge, London.

    We would like to hear from candidates with experience of delivering exceptional, phone-based customer service and who are highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively and accurately.

    You will be working within an established team as a key part of Pepper's operations, providing end-to-end servicing and administration of the mortgage throughout the complete cycle.

    As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

    Delivering accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activitiesDaily interactions with customers and third parties via telephone and in writingManaging your own workload efficiently and effectively in accordance with agreed policies and proceduresLiaising effectively with clients, representing Pepper appropriatelyEnd-to-end servicing of mortgage/loans from completion through to redemption stageIdentification of potential efficiencies and delivering ideas to improve Pepper operations and the customer experienceEssential SkillsCan consistently deliver outstanding customer servicePrevious experience within a phone-based customer service environment.

    Experience of working within the Financial Services IndustryConfident telephone manner.
    Excellent attention to detail.
