About the Role


As a French speaking Export sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the exports sales process to our French customers, managing the orders from distributors and retailers from the initial order to delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate export sales activities including order processing, invoicing, shipment, and tracking
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including despatch, production & hauliers (documents and shipment notices, customs)
  • Provide first class customer service
  • Deal with order queries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Sales Manager in France

Essential requirements:


  • Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Proven experience in export coordination overseas
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
  • Experience in Brexit Export Documentation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • The ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
