Residential Support Worker, Part Time (Min 24 hours per week)

Location:
Near Reading, ideally you will be a driver due to location

Hours:
Considered on a part time or full time basis

Salary:
£22,000 (pro rata) + Sleep In Bonus (£45 - £50)

The role:

As a Residential Support Worker, you will serve as a positive role model for children with social, emotional, and mental health challenges within our Ofsted Outstanding residential home.

Our care and support approach revolves around structure, consistency, and nurturing.

Your role will be to guide and make a lasting impact on their lives.

This is an exciting, yet challenging position, and we're searching for enthusiastic individuals who can be both role models and emotional support for our children.

You'll collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best care possible.
