PM Group requires a Document Controller with experience of working with pharmaceutical clients, to manage and control deliverables at a client site in the Hertfordshire region.

Responsibilities:


  • Management of validation and related documents through document tracker
  • Scanning of documents and upload to electronic document management system
  • Management of documents within document management system
  • General project support with regard to documentation management

Assignment Deliverables:


  • Trained in relevant procedures concerning document management
  • Accurately scanned documents in correct locations in Document Management System
  • 2+ years Document Control within regulated industries
  • Experience with document management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
  • Experience in dealing with multidiscipline design teams, subcontractors and a wide client base
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goals
  • Well organised, selfmotivated, excellent interpersonal and communication
